Job Summary

A technology and business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Data Architect in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Develop data architecture plans and drive the plans to completion in collaboration with business and IT
• Play a key role in driving a number of data and analytics initiatives including cloud data transformation, data governance, data quality, and MDM

Qualifications Include:

• 10-12 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years in enterprise data architecture
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable in the design and construction of data architectures
• Well versed in the Data domains (Data Warehousing, Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, Data Catalog, Analytics, BI, Operational Data Store, Metadata, Unstructured Data, ETL, ESB)
• Data/information modeling expertise at the enterprise level
• Understanding of differences between relational modeling and object modeling
