Job Summary

A development firm has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise General Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Educating users and decision-makers on company products
  • Managing renewal process and partnering with sales for account expansions
  • Representing the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Have a good understanding of the existing CS playbooks and processes
  • Have previous experience in a similar role managing enterprise accounts
  • Can identify opportunities that benefit the customer
  • Are familiar with tools such as Salesforce for tracking account progress
  • Have an awareness of the latest trends in the broader data science field
