Job Summary

A holistic healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Healthcare Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Partner with technical teams to enhance Partner Clinic Portal capabilities
Manage process and capability to communicate eligibility and benefit utilization accuracy
Own post launch maintenance of eligibility, plan design, benefit utilization, claims, and reporting

Qualifications Include:

Experience supporting healthcare benefits strategies for large employers
Strong communication skills via live meetings as well as written correspondence
Tactically oriented and possess strong problem solving, operational, and decision making skills
Effectively utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
