Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Imaging Customer Support Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing team's performance, goals, policies and budget
  • Implementing new technologies using formalized change management programs
  • Managing a large group of Support personnel spanning a broad range of roles

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 7 years management/supervisory experience in a high-tech company
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics or related experience
  • Leadership experience in Multi-channel customer support operations
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
