Job Summary
A customer experience platform has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Implementation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding high value clients to guarantee implementation, user adoption & success of the account
- Coordinate with client's IT department to ensure all automation and integrations are complete
Skills and Requirements Include:
- College degree with a computer science, business or marketing
- 4-5 years in a customer facing success or support role
- You understand SEO, SEM, SFTP and Software APIs
