Job Summary
A computer hardware and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Information Architect Consultant in Round Rock.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Create enterprise data strategy and associated reference architectures for assigned data domains
- Analyze business requirements, as well as the industry trends, and translate them into high level information architecture designs
- Facilitate the alignment in defining business glossary, create enterprise level common information model, as well as define enterprise canonical data models
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in Data or Information Architecture; proficiency in data modeling at all levels (conceptual, logical and physical)
- Experience with at least one aspect of enterprise information management
- Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodology
- Strategic visionary, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to see the future trends
- Critical thinking, problem solving, comfortable in making judgement call
