Job Summary
A development firm has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Life Sciences Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Representing the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap
- Managing renewal process and partnering with sales for account expansions
- Communicating regularly with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have previous experience in a similar role managing enterprise accounts
- Have domain knowledge, academic training, and/or professional experience in a life sciences field
- Can Identify opportunities that benefit the customer
- Are familiar with tools such as Salesforce
- Have a track record of exceeding goals successfully
