Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Loyalty Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Apply experience with enterprise software renewals and account management practices
  • Listen to feedback for continuous customer experience improvement
  • Engage discovery skills and curiosity to uncover opportunities for expansion

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in account management, software renewals, customer success, or other relevant business areas
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Lead renewals across different products and platforms for both direct customers and customer renewals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and new offerings
  • Nurture customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle
