A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Loyalty Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply experience with enterprise software renewals and account management practices
- Listen to feedback for continuous customer experience improvement
- Engage discovery skills and curiosity to uncover opportunities for expansion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of proven experience in account management, software renewals, customer success, or other relevant business areas
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Lead renewals across different products and platforms for both direct customers and customer renewals
- Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and new offerings
- Nurture customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycle
