An online media management company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Media Management Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact to new customers
- Acting as an account manager for existing clients
- Announcing and promoting new products and features
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar role
- Proven history of attaining high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced, remote, energetic, entrepreneurial environment
