Job Summary

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Network Specialist II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support of complex orders during all phases within Service Delivery
  • Provide staff training and support
  • Be the Subject matter expert for current product set within Enterprise organization (Velo and Fortinet SD-WAN)

Required Skills:

  • Expert understanding of OSI model
  • Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies such as Ethernet, PPP, etc
  • Expert knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP and OSPF
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience
  • Knowledge of central office transport equipment including test methods
