Job Summary
A dining technology company is in need of a Remote Enterprise Operations Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the primary pre-install point of contact for Enterprise groups during high-profile pilots and rollouts
- Assisting with special projects that span 1-2 quarters
- Helping to organize internal workflows and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed on schedule
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong familiarity with the needs of large restaurant groups in the fine dining, casino, and hotel sectors
- Excellent social, planning, and time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills; strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently to deliver quality results
- Ability to understand issues and tackle problems in a timely manner
