Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Operations Engineer in the Philadelphia Area.

Must be able to:

  • Install, configure and maintain various storage solutions
  • Manage and support primary storage, backup (NBU) storage solutions
  • Fulfill ITIL processes such as Incident, change, and problem management

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to customer location
  • Strong Experience and knowledge of RHEL Linux and Windows environments
  • Ability to respond to problem reports and perform troubleshooting
  • Ability to provide support for all documentation related to the program
  • Ability to work all levels of severity tickets to completion
  • Ability to assist managers and architects with decisions regarding technical direction
