A cloud services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Program Manager in Englewood Cliffs.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading one or more complex programs by facilitating cross-functional team(s) to deliver against the business goal
- Coaching organization on a variety of methodologies and approaches based on the program needs
- Managing project scope, time, budget, and resources while maintaining progress visibility
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS or BA required
- Experience with a variety of project management tools
- Experience leading organizational change management activities
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Possesses high emotional intelligence and ability to become a trusted advisor to key leadership
- Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and a desire to learn
