Job Summary
A company offering fraud protection for eCommerce businesses has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Sales Commercial Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Review, draft and manage commercial, intellectual property, and vendor agreements
- Manage agreements that comply with company policies and evaluate associated risk
- Respond promptly to legal requests from internal functional teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- JD degree
- 3+ years of experience in contractual negotiation and commercial law required
- Demonstrated experience in advising EMEA, North American or LATAM internal clients
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to translate between technical, business and legal frameworks
