Job Summary
A human resources services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Sales Development Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Articulating & demonstrating our value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industry verticals in the Enterprise space
- Using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach & other prospecting tools to research accounts & identify key contacts
- Working to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have 2 -4 years SDR experience or quote carrying sales experience
- You are driven and focused on achieving through self-discipline, creativity & passion
- You are flexible, agile, and always open to trying something different when the situation calls for it
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills & the ability to connect with prospective clients
- You are open to feedback, genuinely curious, and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
