A software platform has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, coaching and mentoring a team of account executives
- Defining goals and metrics and continually measuring against progress
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel
- Minimum of 5+ years leading software sales teams
- Expert ability in account planning, account management and selling to new accounts
- Consistent quota attainment in software sales (individual and team quota)
- Documented track record of success in a fast-moving sales environment
- Ability to mentor and motivate sales representatives who work remotely
