Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Sales Engineering in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Sales in guiding the customer buying journey including discovery, demo, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses
  • Understanding and communicating customer interests, needs, and product feedback to Product and Engineering
  • Helping guide pre-sales to post-sales transition with Customer Success.

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM)
  • Proven strong foundation and experience with server-side and client-side JavaScript
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and design patterns quickly and love learning them
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, and/or jQuery
  • Experience with CSS/SCSS and an eye for user experience
  • Ability to continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the ecommerce product
