Job Summary
A company is looking for an RVP - Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, including hiring and training
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring a consultative and data-driven approach across multiple business units
- Develop and report on sales and pipeline metrics to the Head of NA Sales
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions
- 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Bachelor's degree required; previous sales methodology training preferred
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiating with senior executives
