Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Sales Trainer Manager or Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to new hires and tenured sales professionals
  • Develop, maintain and lead sales training onboarding and continuous learning programs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for ongoing training needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel requirement to HQ for minimum of 2 weeks
  • Experience in sales training, facilitation and/or 1:1 coaching
  • Experience in application of various sales techniques and methodologies, and sales enablement tools
  • Minimum 5+ years sales experience with demonstrated success in Enterprise level direct sales
