Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Software Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Enable 95%+ renewal and 50%+ expansion/upsell for all contracts on an annual basis
- Provide data-driven, professional, analytical, and actionable advice to clients
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years account management and customer success work experience
- Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding/upselling enterprise accounts
- Successful experience in owning product implementation, user education, and success enablement
- Successful experience in owning technical support for reasonably complex software solutions
