Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Software Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Enable 95%+ renewal and 50%+ expansion/upsell for all contracts on an annual basis
  • Provide data-driven, professional, analytical, and actionable advice to clients

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years account management and customer success work experience
  • Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding/upselling enterprise accounts
  • Successful experience in owning product implementation, user education, and success enablement
  • Successful experience in owning technical support for reasonably complex software solutions
