Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Software Account Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering an incredible customer experience to top strategic Enterprise accounts
• Proactively managing smaller, child accounts that roll up to global entities
• Identifying white-space (i.e. upsell) opportunities within accounts for both products and services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in a previous customer-focused role
• Ability to navigate transactional functions of the role with a high level of organization
• Ability to navigate software and discuss its various components with clients
• Experience in recruitment or sales roles within a recruitment agency
• Ability to ensure successful execution of quarterly scorecard
• Ability to act as a liaison between the customer and various functional groups
