Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Software Account Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering an incredible customer experience to top strategic Enterprise accounts
- Proactively managing smaller, child accounts that roll up to global entities
- Identifying white-space (i.e. upsell) opportunities within accounts for both products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a previous customer-focused role
- Ability to navigate transactional functions of the role with a high level of organization
- Ability to navigate software and discuss its various components with clients
- Experience in recruitment or sales roles within a recruitment agency
- Ability to ensure successful execution of quarterly scorecard
- Ability to act as a liaison between the customer and various functional groups
