Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Software Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing customers' questions or concerns via phone or web-based ticketing system
  • Recreating issues and document appropriate software change requests to remediate defects
  • Working collaboratively across multiple teams to get to the bottom of customer-reported issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Basic understanding of SQL databases and XML-based web services
