Must be able to:
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant
- Develop and execute impactful QBRs to drive business value and ROI
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers

- 5+ years of Customer Success experience
- Experience owning customer relationships and post-sale adoption metrics
- Learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
- Able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally)
