An AI-based software development company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Software Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant
  • Develop and execute impactful QBRs to drive business value and ROI
  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience
  • Experience owning customer relationships and post-sale adoption metrics
  • Learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects
  • Able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally)
  • General knowledge of software applications
