A travel agency company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Software Development and Support Engineer in Dulles.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Designing, configuring, and developing off-the-shelf products used by employees and contractors
Providing end-user support and training in use of the products
Developing solutions to business problems using back-office products

Qualifications for this position include:

Prior working experience with ServiceNow
Prior experience with JavaScript
Experience using Scribe for data migration
Is insatiably curious and likes to learn new technologies
Familiarity with Atlassian products
Ability to create reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or built-in reporting modules
