Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Software Field Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving revenue growth within your region by achieving and exceeding sales objectives and quotas
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring sales plans to align Account Executives
  • Motivating and managing Account Executives to drive pipeline development

Required Skills:

  • 5 - 7 years sales experience showing successful achievement of quota
  • 5 – 7 years growing and leading a field sales organization within the software industry
  • Experience in the area of legal and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture
  • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player
