Job Summary
A technology firm is seeking a Remote Enterprise Solution Delivery Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of high-performing Business Architects and Program Managers
- Establish collaborative working relationships with IT and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure role clarity
- Manage the development of a persona user experience design-driven approach in service of programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant program, project, or management experience
- Experience in strategic planning, business architecture, process excellence, process design, and architectural principles
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional programs
- Solid understanding of enterprise operational processes, planning, and operations
- Excellent people management skills and ability to direct high performing teams
