A cloud communications platform as a service company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering the technical win and product fit at customer accounts
• Leading the technical pre-sales relationship
• Proposing technical architectures

Required Skills:

• 8 plus years pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence
• Hands-on, high-energy, passionate and creative problem solver
• Ability to build an understanding of a customer’s communications needs and guide them to a technical solution
• Previous software development experience in backend, web development
• Experience building with REST APIs
