Job Summary

A risk management platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Success Manager in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with 3-5 strategic, high potential, and high revenue customers
• Owning the executive relationships with the customers

Qualifications Include:

• Requires 20% travel with included overnight travel
• Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
• 10+ years working with software products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess complex situations, workflows and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
