Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Enterprise Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems
  • Address customer business needs and technical issues
  • Document all technical inquiries

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Technical Support or a position of similar nature
  • Capable of understanding the technical aspects of a complex system
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of directly supporting enterprise-level customers
  • Ability and desire to learn products and technologies
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
