Job Summary

A company that provides home health benefits management services for healthcare providers has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Support Services Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assuring users are provided efficient and timely first and second level support
  • Performing staff scheduling to ensure Help Desk coverage
  • Managing the Help Desk associates

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years progressive responsibility in a support/help desk role
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in help desk technologies
  • Proven ability to manage in a customer-centric support role
  • Working knowledge of voice and data network engineering and Windows Server
  • working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows desktop operating systems
