Job Summary
A company that provides home health benefits management services for healthcare providers has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Support Services Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assuring users are provided efficient and timely first and second level support
- Performing staff scheduling to ensure Help Desk coverage
- Managing the Help Desk associates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years progressive responsibility in a support/help desk role
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in help desk technologies
- Proven ability to manage in a customer-centric support role
- Working knowledge of voice and data network engineering and Windows Server
- working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows desktop operating systems
