Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Support Solutions IT Group Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a team of four IT Managers, one Technical Operations Owner, and a staff of 65+ system engineers
- Partnering closely with the ETS direct report groups on the development and delivery of enterprise technology strategies
- Providing critical Tier 2 support and services to 50,000+ employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study
- 4 years of work experience managing IT professionals or IT project delivery
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum six years of work experience managing IT professional or IT project delivery
