Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being the primary technical lead for our enterprise customers
  • Leading the onboarding to help clients’ start using the technological platform
  • Project-managing and providing world-class technical guidance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Pre/Post Sales Engineering or related role
  • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
  • Practical hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships
  • Strong technical skills
