An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the primary technical lead for our enterprise customers
- Leading the onboarding to help clients’ start using the technological platform
- Project-managing and providing world-class technical guidance
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in Pre/Post Sales Engineering or related role
- Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
- Practical hands-on experience with a major cloud provider
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships
- Strong technical skills
