Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Technical Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Educating customers on new and existing features
- Owning an assigned book of accounts with a focus on onboarding
- Partnering with DevOps customer engineers to ensure technical success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success, or account management or consulting experience in a customer facing role
- Deep experience crafting and implementing strategic account plans
- Proven track record of being an agent of change within your book of business
- Can tie business problems to technical solutions and understand technology value propositions
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- A strong technical foundation, preferably in CI/CD or the software delivery lifecycle
