Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking escalated issues from tier 1 support
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and customer feature requests
  • Creating and updating documentation based on customer interactions

Required Skills:

  • 3 years experience in SaaS companies working in technical support
  • 3 years experience in technical support for large international customer accounts
  • Experience delivering excellent support experiences with respect, empathy and understanding
  • Gained experience/proficiency in SaaS solutions and electron apps
  • Technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
