Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Technology Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a series of personal and automated touchpoints
  • Building strong relationships with our customers in the enterprise category

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-2+ years' experience supporting Enterprise customers in a CSM role
  • 3+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Established CSM who is self-motivated and customer-focused
