Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Technology Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a series of personal and automated touchpoints
- Building strong relationships with our customers in the enterprise category
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2+ years' experience supporting Enterprise customers in a CSM role
- 3+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Established CSM who is self-motivated and customer-focused
