Job Summary
A privately-held company that delivers tech-enabled care services to vulnerable populations is in need of a Remote Enterprise Tool Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Administering IT managed applications providing user account management
- Gathering necessary documentation and participating in planning and implementation phases of new systems
- Providing application support to all internal users of core enterprise software applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 years experience in a support environment supporting multiple business and enterprise software applications
- AND a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or an additional 3 years of IT experience
- Ability to communicate effectively upward and across the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising, and a close attention to detail and accuracy
- Possesses basic business skills including customer relations, time management, and project planning
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct end user training a plus
