Job Summary

An events promoter and venue operator is in need of a Remote Entertainment Product Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with broker partners, product, and engineering teams to drive issue resolution
  • Partnering with brokers and provide them with best practices
  • Performing deep dive analysis on issue root causes

Required Skills:

  • Coding knowledge
  • 4 years experience in Customer Service role related to technology
  • Experience with MS Excel, and basic data analysis
  • Extremely driven and hardworking
