A digital publishing and podcasting company is seeking a Remote Entertainment Technology Product Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering emails and phone calls relating to software questions or issues
- Working with production and payroll personnel over the phone or via email to resolve client requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1-5 years of accounting, payroll or production experience
- Comfortable with cloud-based file sharing systems (Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Moderate to intermediate level skills with computers and business applications
