Job Summary
A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Entry Level Client Success Agent in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts
- Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients
- Creating and coordinating account documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of account management and/or customer success/service experience preferred
- Able to manage 30+ clients at once
- proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Comfortable using and learning MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc
