Job Summary

A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Entry Level Client Success Agent in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts
• Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients
• Creating and coordinating account documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of account management and/or customer success/service experience preferred
• Able to manage 30+ clients at once
• proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Comfortable using and learning MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc
