Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Remote Entry Level Marketing Client Success Agent in Tampa.

Must be able to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with a select group of named accounts
• Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients
• Create and coordinate account documentation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 2 years of account management and/or customer success/service experience preferred
• Able to manage 30+ clients at once
• Proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues
• Comfortable using/learning MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc
• Work logically to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues
