Job Summary
A business continuity and disaster recovery software company is in need of a Remote Entry Level Technical Support Engineer Tier 2.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support to partners by answering phone and/or email requests, troubleshooting
- Supporting the Tier 1 Engineers by providing guidance and assistance where needed
- Improving partner references by writing and maintaining knowledgebase articles
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience required troubleshooting the following environments
- Flexible, adaptable, focused, and positive in a constantly changing environment
- Quickly and effectively analyzes, solves, or escalates partner’s issues with a high level of professionalism
- Able to provide both good verbal and written communication with partners and team members
- Investigate/resolve/escalate technical issues from Tier 1 Engineers
- Comfortable in a remote (work from home) environment
