Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Environmental Social and Governance Associate General Counsel II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a key source of influence within the Firm by leveraging ESG and general complex corporate skills experience
- Advising the Firm’s key business stakeholders
- Handling a variety of assigned legal projects including Environmental Social and Governance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires J.D. and license to practice in state of Missouri or an equivalent state
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney in a corporate setting
- Must have sound judgment, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to a high level of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey complex issues to legal and non-legal professionals at all levels, including senior leaders
