Job Summary
A financial services and life insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Environmental Social and Governance Regulatory Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with a wide range of teams and work collaboratively with investment teams, support functions
- Coordinate reporting to regulators, industry benchmarks, and internal annual reports for all Private Markets asset classes
- Represent Private Markets and affiliate businesses at industry associations, specific to ESG reporting and disclosures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- University degree in law or related field
- Advanced knowledge of corporate governance, social, and environmental issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proven experience in legal, private markets, sustainable investing/ESG, consulting, or another relevant field
- Experience with the Principles for Responsible Investing (PRI), GRESB, Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure
- Excellent people leadership skills with a proven ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners
