Job Summary

A utility service company is filling a position for a Remote Environmental Social Governance Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with clients to perform Materiality Assessments
  • Managing customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen
  • Deliver company platform solutions to customers efficiently and proficiently

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or sustainability
  • Able to identify and initiate value-add opportunities, both internally and externally
  • 2-7 years of relevant post-bachelor experience in a project environment serving customers
  • Experience in Private Equity or general knowledge of the finance industry
  • Able to identify and initiate value-add opportunities, both internally and externally
  • Working knowledge of frameworks such as the TCFD, UN SDGs, SASB standards, and others
