Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company is filling a position for a Remote ePay Technical Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Adhere to key metrics in support of customer satisfaction drivers
  • Identify internal operational improvement opportunities
  • Update the Customer Support application to report progress for all work performed

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Computer Networking, and Hardware or IT related field
  • 2-3 years customer support in a technical field
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of basic ERP integration/file sharing principles and practices for 3rd party software
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com and Jira tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
