- Travel 10% of the time
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Experience with Epic system rollouts and upgrades
- Strong customer service attitude and skillset
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Subject matter expert and current Epic Certification
