Job Summary

To support the implementation and ongoing management of EPIC applications, the full-time Remote Epic Cadence Coordinator will design, build, configure, test, and validate the EPIC Cadence application while maintaining communication with stakeholders and ensuring the system meets organizational needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with vendor representatives and the organization's business community to ensure system alignment with business needs
  • Achieve and maintain Epic Cadence certification while participating in project planning, design, and validation sessions
  • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues, providing application expertise to facilitate discussions and decisions
Required qualifications
  • Associate Degree or higher education, or related applicable experience
  • 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience
  • Must complete required training for product implementation and pass certification within 45 days of training completion
  • Experience with Epic EMR build or certification in another module is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows related to EPIC applications
