Remote EPIC Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Remote EPIC Configuration Analyst (Optime/Anesthesia), this full-time position is responsible for in-depth analysis, design, and maintenance of Epic System software while providing tier-2 support and collaborating across teams to enhance application functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring effective design and maintenance of solutions
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required
• Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality, ensuring compliance with departmental policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of Epic-specific experience, with certification in supporting applications and additional proficiency in related areas
• Expert understanding of the supported application and general knowledge of other Epic applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within schedule
• Strong collaboration skills to promote teamwork within and across teams
