Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Epic Hospital Billing EHR Analyst II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business operations and workflow
  • Support existing markets while reviewing workflow, building, testing, and activating new markets
  • Troubleshoot problems and address questions from users and provide on-call support on a rotating basis

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Current Epic Hospital Billing certification and NVTs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Epic go-live experience providing onsite and/or remote support
