Remote Epic Project Engineer

Job Summary

Managing Epic initiatives, the full-time Remote Epic Project Engineer I will provide IT project management leadership, overseeing the full project lifecycle to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of projects across the healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Manages project teams and stakeholder communication while leading projects through the full lifecycle
• Coordinates project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring timely execution and adherence to organizational priorities
• Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and corrective actions, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required
• 7+ years of healthcare experience, with 3+ years of Epic-specific IT experience
• Documented completion of at least 1 successful Epic implementation
• Project Management Professional certification and Epic certification in at least 1 application
• Strong project management, leadership, and technical skills
